Experience from the workshop floor
Led by experience. Built around workmanship.
Scott has worked in automotive surface protection for more than 20 years and is recognised as an industry leader. That experience shapes how every vehicle is assessed, prepared, coated and handed back.
Our team combines practical paint knowledge with Ceramic Pro's application systems. We do not treat coating as a quick add-on. Paint condition, vehicle use, ownership plans and the surfaces being protected are considered before we recommend a package.
That approach gives customers a clear reason for every recommendation and gives our technicians the time and environment required to complete the work properly.
The product matters, but the preparation, application conditions and judgement of the team determine the result.
Local workshop. Global Ceramic Pro operation.
More than a local applicator
Operating since 2009
Ceramic Pro Sydney has protected vehicles for Sydney owners since 2009, building long-term knowledge of local driving conditions, customer expectations and vehicle types.
Operated by Ceramic Pro
The Sydney operation is run by the global Ceramic Pro brand, connecting our local team directly with Ceramic Pro products, systems and technical standards.
A workshop you can visit
Every coating is completed by appointment at our dedicated Five Dock facility, with a real team available before, during and after the work.
Why controlled application matters
A coating needs the right environment
Ceramic coatings bond to the surface beneath them. Dust, hidden paint defects, rushed preparation or unsuitable curing conditions can compromise the finish before the vehicle leaves the workshop.
- 01
Specialist lighting
High-output workshop lighting exposes swirls, haze, residue and missed areas that ordinary lighting can conceal.
- 02
Surface preparation
Paint is washed, decontaminated, assessed and refined as required before the coating is applied.
- 03
Controlled application
The team can manage cleanliness, product sequence, working time and coverage without exposure to outdoor contamination.
- 04
Curing and inspection
Each coated surface is allowed to set under controlled conditions before a final quality check and customer handover.
Government and specialist assets
Trusted where protection carries greater responsibility
Our experience extends beyond privately owned cars. Ceramic Pro Sydney has worked with government and specialist assets where preparation, documentation, access and surface care demand a disciplined approach.
This includes Ceramic Pro surface protection work associated with NSW Police Aviation Command helicopters. Aircraft and other high-value assets present different materials, operating environments and application challenges, but the fundamentals remain the same: understand the surface, prepare it correctly and apply the right system under controlled conditions.
The same attention to process, surface condition and final inspection is applied to every customer vehicle that enters our Five Dock workshop.
Inside the Five Dock workshop
